The IOG offers 36 specialized courses designed to give public servants concrete, practical-based knowledge and skills to become more effective public servants and advance your professional development. Our courses are available across different learning pathways.

Each course is taught by an experienced facilitator with on-the-ground experience of the subject matter. Most courses are taught virtually, allowing regional public servants across Canada to participate fully. Some in-person offerings are also available.
