Program Overview:

This pivotal course equips frontline leaders with the necessary skills to enhance team performance through effective feedback and coaching. Participants will explore various types of feedback conversations, understand the role of emotions in feedback delivery, and learn to apply trust-building practices to enhance these interactions. The program integrates theoretical concepts with practical exercises, ensuring that leaders are prepared to drive continuous improvement and learning within their teams.

2. Mastering Feedback Conversations:

    • Techniques for delivering positive feedback to reinforce and recognize efforts and achievements.
    • Methods for handling corrective feedback to address and rectify performance issues.
    • Using coaching feedback to support ongoing development and empowerment.

3. Applying the SBI-GROW Model:

    • Detailed exploration of the SBI (Situation-Behavior-Impact) and GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) models to structure effective feedback and coaching conversations.

  • Effective Feedback Delivery: Skills for providing clear, constructive, and motivational feedback in various contexts.
  • Handling Difficult Conversations: Techniques for managing challenging discussions with sensitivity and assertiveness.

  • Tracking and Measuring Improvements: Methods for monitoring progress following feedback to ensure actionable results.
