Tanya Gracie has a multi-faceted career in governance, management and strategy, spanning public, co-operative, member-based and not-for-profit organizations. Tanya is both an advisor and a practitioner and whether serving in management or community leadership roles, she is passionate about enabling leaders and organizations to find solutions to complex challenges. Recognized as a collaborative decision-maker, Tanya has extensive professional experience in the areas of governance effectiveness, strategy and strategic initiatives, public policy and stakeholder engagement.

Tanya is actively engaged in her community, including currently serving on the boards of the National Capital Commission and the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. Tanya has a bachelor’s degree from Wilfred Laurier University, an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa, and is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management’s Institute of Corporate Directors Program and holds the ICD.D designation.
