Ms. Sylvie Labelle is experienced in personal and organizational change management. She is President of CFI Syllab Inc. and Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in coaching agile leadership and transitions.

She is a member of the International Coach Federation (PCC) and is a Master Integral™ Coach (Integral Coaching Canada) in addition to being a Shadow Coach™. She is a certified coach from SCHOR (360o), EQi 2.0, CHE-LEADS Canada (360o) and PMC Coaching. She is Myers-Briggs and Firo-B certified.

She was a management coach at Bombardier Aerospace and a mentor coach at NDM-MUIH, and taught leadership for more than 10 years at Laval University. She has also taught at HEC Montréal, Université Laval, as well as at Concordia University, Bishop’s University and ÉTS University. She was Associate Director of the Dobson-Lagassé Entrepreneurship Centre at Bishop’s University and, previously, combined business needs with technology as a strategic tool.

Ms. Labelle holds an undergraduate degree in finance and insurance from Université Laval, a master’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal, and a doctorate in creative leadership from the Université de Montréal. She also holds a Certificate in Business and Industrial Trainer Development from McGill University, and a Certificate in Professional and Personal Coaching from Concordia University.

Mme Sylvie Labelle est expérimentée en gestion de changement personnel et organisationnel. Elle est présidente de CFI Syllab Inc. et associés, un cabinet-conseil qui se spécialise dans le coaching en leadership agile et en transitions.

Elle a été coach de gestion chez Bombardier Aéronautique et mentor coach à NDM MUIH, a enseigné le leadership pendant plus de 10 ans à l’Université Laval. Elle a également enseigné à HEC Montréal, à l’Université Laval, ainsi qu’aux universités Concordia, Bishop et ÉTS. Elle a été Directrice adjointe du Centre d’Entrepreneuship Dobson-Lagassé de l’Université Bishop’s et, auparavant, a alliée les besoins d’affaires à la technologie comme outil stratégique.
