Philomen Kadima
Philomen Kadima is the Director, Human Resources and Office Operations at the
Institute on Governance where she advises, supports, and enables the IOG to recruit
and retain the right team by designing and implementing effective HR strategies and
policies. She also leads in the administration of the IOG office facilities.
Prior to joining the IOG, Philomen worked in several HR roles including as an HR
Manager, Business Partner and Advisor at the Ottawa Memory Clinic, Sobeys Inc., and
the University of Ottawa.
Philomen obtained a Business Administration Diploma and a Bachelor of Management
Degree from the University of Lethbridge.
