Myriam Boudreault’s 30 years of experience across several departments (touching all four spending areas of the whole of Government framework (i.e. Social, Economic, International (Security), and Government Affairs), including 15 years with the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS), has given her a comprehensive perspective on programs, policy, and operations.  She worked on key files within and across organizations. In addition to TBS, Myriam worked at Natural Resources Canada, Indian and Northern Affairs, and the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada.

For over ten years, Myriam worked in the Social Program Sector (TBS) as a senior/principal analyst and later as a Program Director. In those capacities, she provided strategic advice to TBS senior management on numerous expenditure and operational transactions and issues for TB Ministers’ consideration. These have included complex horizontal issues related to program integrity, funding pressures, reallocations, and sensitive issues requiring creative solutions. She supported organizations in the development and implementation of their Strategic Reviews and Deficit Reduction Action Plan (DRAP) and other initiatives.

Myriam retired from the Public Service as Executive Director within the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer of Canada at TBS. She is a certified executive coach, and holds a certification from the Chartered Professional Accounts Canada (Senior Executive Advanced Finance and Accounting Program).
