Marie-Josée has 28 years of experience in the federal public service with 15 years as an executive. MJ worked as an executive in several departments and various disciplines (strategic planning, governance, strategic policy, program development, change and risk management, audit and evaluation). She holds an executive certificate in public leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, an Executive Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude, in interpersonal and organizational communication from the University of Ottawa. She is also certified in EmotionalIntelligence360 EQ-I 2.0, SCHOR360, and Leadership Circle Profile .

She is a recipient of a Deputy Minister Award for People Management as well as the Her Majesty the Queen’s Jubilee Medal offered to the Branch. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, ICF Québec, International Coaching Coalition and Institute of Coaching McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School Having a ‘lived’ experience as an executive in the Public Service, she welcomes her clients wherever they are on their leadership journey, and she’s committed to supporting them in meeting their professional and personal goals. Using a growth mindset approach, she personalizes her coaching value proposition, recognizing that each client has a unique strengths and challenges.
