David Murchison
During the interim period, David Murchison has assumed the role of Interim CEO. David brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to IOG’s vision, ensuring continuity and stability as the organization moves forward.
David’s career spans leadership roles in both public and private sectors. A retired federal public servant, he made contributions to policy and strategic planning at Infrastructure Canada, the Asian Development Bank, and Finance Canada. He also held management positions in the oil and electronics industries.
David has an MA in economics from Queens University. He is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (2017).
