Daryell Nowlan is a retired senior public-service executive with more than 30 years of leadership in innovation, entrepreneurship, and regional economic development. Before retiring in 2025, he served as Vice-President of Policy, Programs & Communications at the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, where he led major initiatives to strengthen high-growth companies and innovation ecosystems across Atlantic Canada.
He is currently a Distinguished Fellow with the Canada School of Public Service and a national coach with Curling Canada. Leveraging his national coaching experience, he now delivers high-performance leadership coaching and strategic advisory services to organizations, teams, and emerging leaders.
A champion for the 2SLGBTQ+ community, Daryell resides in Moncton NB and holds an MB, BBA, and Diploma in Public Administration.
