Policy and Governance Bootcamp
Fast-track your policy expertise
This intensive two-day program is ideal for individuals new to the policy role or those transitioning into policy-focused work. Participants will explore what policy is, the current policy-making context, evidence-based decision-making, framing issues, engaging partners, and integrating behavioural insights. This bootcamp also accelerates your progress toward the Policy and Governance Learning Certificate by completing the first four core courses.

Frontline Leadership Bootcamp
Build confidence and lead with impact
Designed for emerging and current supervisors or managers in the public service, this two-day bootcamp equips participants with practical tools for effective leadership. Topics include developing key leadership skills, fostering team cohesion, collaborating across the organization, and aligning leadership approaches with strategic goals. Completing this bootcamp fulfills the first four core courses of the Frontline Leadership Certificate.
