Aurèle has over 25 years of experience in the field of management consulting, having founded, managed and acted as senior consultant for PGF Consultants Inc., which he sold 3 years ago. He has acted as lead consultant for over 500 projects with various institutions, governments and non-profits, in all provinces and territories. He has also worked with various clients in over 20 countries across the world. 

His areas of expertise are project management, strategic planning, change management, organizational development and capacity building, as well as providing strategic advice and coaching. 

Prior to his tenure with PGF, Aurèle’s career path included management positions within government and in the non-profit sector, at both the provincial and national levels. 

He is fluently bilingual in both official languages.
