Ross is a very experienced senior executive, who relishes the challenge of solving difficult problems and achieving meaningful results for clients, his employer and colleagues. His approach is to achieve innovative outcomes (“the what”) in a collaborative manner that respects people and institutions (“the how”). Ross’ executive experience spans 15 years, the last five as an Assistant Deputy Minister at the Treasury Board Secretariat. It included government-wide leadership roles in enterprise transformation, human resources policy (including learning), performance management, values and ethics, official languages, strategic reviews, compensation strategy, service delivery, public-use internet and strategic policy. Ross holds an MSc. from the London School of Economics, a BA from Acadia University and is a certified executive coach.
