Marina is a Learning Program Coordinator at IOG. She assists the VP of Leadership and Learning with day-to-day operations of the IOG Learning Lab. She is passionate about the field of Education and the possibilities that continual learning offers. Marina works to make IOG’s courses an asset for training current and future leaders in this country.
Marina has worked in the public and private educational system and has a variety of experience from the classroom to coordinating teachers. At the Federal University of Minas Gerais/Brazil, she taught as an assistant professor for adults exploring different teaching techniques. In 2018, she founded a virtual learning startup focused on children and teenagers whose objective was to develop skills that the educational system does not prioritize. She graduated from the Founder Institute in Brazil and is now part of the mentoring team.
In 2020, Marina co-founded a voluntary program that assisted hundreds of Brazilian children who were left without access to school education.
