NFP Governance Leadership: Creating A Culture Of Accessibility Governance Leadership Assessment Tool

1 minute read

This questionnaire is meant to highlight facets of governance where leadership of the Board of Directors can lead or support a shift in organizational culture around accessibility. Keep in mind that in most cases, the “CEO” or “ED” is either a non-voting or ex-officio member (depending on your jurisdiction) of the Board of Directors.

Take some time and work through these questions either individually or as a group. The purpose of this exercise is not to make decisions, but to generate discussion, record ideas and thoughts, and provide a foundational assessment of where your organization stands. This should be a generative process and is not meant to be an evaluation!
