1 minute read

The Institute on Governance (IOG) is an independent Canadian not-for-profit (NFP) institution. The IOG’s mission is to advance better governance in the public interest, which the Institute accomplishes by exploring, developing and promoting the principles, standards and practices which underlie good governance in the public sphere.

In the area of Board & Organizational Governance, we work to stimulate ideas to improve the way NFP organizations are governed and develop the tools for organizational leaders to be more effective.
