Personal and organizational leadership are a measure of effectiveness and improvement in times of change, crisis or hardship. Leaders must deliberately activate their own resilience in order to reassure and inspire team members, build their team’s individual and group resilience, and ensure the organization’s capacity to remain effective and strong. This webinar explores important techniques in building resilience, including reframing how you think, exploring the power of positive leadership, defining purpose and direction and building confidence and trust.

What you will gain

  • The definition and sources of personal resilience, drawing on fundamental leadership skills as communication, trust, honesty and confidence.
  • Understanding the importance of “tribal resilience” and team-building through diversity, inclusion and ‘big picture’ thinking.
  • Tools and techniques to apply in difficult situations to build confidence, control and trust.
