The role of governments and the public service has expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has resulted in innovative solutions in policy, service delivery and internal management. But there will be tough decisions as governments move into a post-crisis environment. What will the “speed and magnitude” of government look like?  Will public service institutions be able to build on lessons learned? This session will discuss the experiences in the UK and the United States, as well as in Canada.
