Celebrate DELP's 5th Anniversary
December 2023 marks the 5-year anniversary since the launch of the Digital
Executive Leadership Program! With over 230 alumni having taken the program since then, we are excited to welcome you back to the Institute on Governance for a half-day DELP Alumni Community Event!
On December 4th please join us at the IOG’s offices in Ottawa for an opportunity to hear about the latest developments in the digital government space, while connecting (and reconnecting ) with colleagues from across our 16 cohorts of DELP.
The event will take place from 1pm-7pm ET, with an agenda that will
include guest speakers, opportunities to hear from and share with fellow alumni, and a 5-7pm networking event.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I have to be an alumnus of the Digital Executive Leadership Program to participate?
Yes -- this event is for individuals who have already completed the week-long virtual or in-person Digital Executive Leadership Program.
2. What is the Digital Executive Leadership Program and how can I register?
The Digital Executive Leadership Program (DELP) is purpose-built for public sector executives at all levels of government (federal, provincial, municipal) and non-profit leaders who want to better understand the leadership challenges and opportunities in the digital era.
Led by experienced practitioners in public sector digital transformation, DELP
explores major digital trends and the implications and opportunities for
government operations and service delivery. Key concepts that are covered during the week-long virtual bootcamp include design thinking, agile methods, digital technology, data analysis and visualization, digital and data ethics, the future of work, and approaches to managing and leading digital teams. Our new hybrid format includes a four-day virtual bootcamp followed by a two-day in-person workshop and dinner event that provides participants with an opportunity to further deepen connections with their peers and explore how they can take practical steps to transform their organizations.
The registration cost for this event is $250.00 per person. This includes refreshments and access to an evening networking event.
