  • Former Premier Dalton McGuinty meeting with the Cohort ‎in the offices of the Institute on Governance. He stated that Canada is strong because of the leadership and the influence of many outstanding women.
  • The Deputy Principal Clerk of the Senate‎, Marie-Eve Belzile with the Deputy Clerk of all committees Shaila Anwar spoke with the Cohort about the key roles women play in the Senate of Canada.
  • The Cohort attended Question Period in the House of Commons, sitting in the gallery facing PM Trudeau. The Cohort appreciated his warm smile as he waved at the group.
  • The Cohort was welcomed to the Senate Chamber by the Usher of the Black Rod, Greg Peters.
  • The Cohort visited the Supreme Court of Canada to better understand how branches of government compliment each other
