Tiffany joined the Institute on Governance in June 2016 as a Founder’s Intern where she contributes to the research team in various capacities. Prior to joining IOG, she worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carleton University conducting research on governance structures for integrated service delivery in the nonprofit sector. Tiffany studied International Development at McGill University, completing a double minor in Political Science and Hispanic Civilization. Following her graduation from McGill, she took time to travel and explore new cultures, including teaching English in South Korea and backpacking through South America. She is currently completing her final semester in the Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership program at Carleton University and her research interests include inter-organizational collaboration, social innovation, nonprofit board governance, and digital governance.
