Paul Migus brings a wealth of experience assisting executives in the public, private and non-profit sectors in transforming organizations to high performance. As a senior executive at the Assistant Deputy Minister level in both the Australian and Canadian federal public services, as well as CEO of St. John Ambulance Canada, Paul has led and assisted large and small organizations to develop shared visions focusing on quality customer services, to manage transformational change, and to align business processes taking advantage of leading-edge information technology.
Paul offers his extensive experience in five key consulting areas: strategic leadership advice, service transformation, performance management, strategic portfolio management, and change leadership. He has particular experiences in the subject areas of: public health and safety, social security and pensions, financial transfer payments, human resource management, communication, service delivery transformation, shared corporate services, regulatory governance, small business development, and real property.
Paul has extensive experience in leading and advising on large and complex cultural change projects. He has been a domestic and international keynote speaker on such subjects as: customer service quality and satisfaction, how government works, reinventing public service, public-private sector partnerships, and financial management and accountability. Paul was nominated for the Leadership Award of the Association of Professional Executives of Canada, and has received the Award of Merit for outstanding achievement in government communications for transition communications. As well he was honoured with the Australia Day Medal for Outstanding Service to the Commonwealth Government of Australia.
