A Leadership Program For Aspiring Senior Managers

A leading edge leadership development program designed for managers at the EX minus 1 and 2 levels who aspire to become executives in the federal public service

The 12-day programme is delivered in 4 modules that are 3 days in length. The delivery schedule enables the cost to be amortised over 2 fiscal years. The program challenges participants by combining theory, modelling, guest speakers, leadership site visits and case studies sponsored by a department.

The program objectives for each phase will incorporate experiential learning that will include:

  • The integration of management, leadership and governance concepts
  • Leadership competencies and how to effectively demonstrate them
  • Vision 2020 and how to become a change agent
  • Best practices that can inspire great leadership

The next cohort for this program starts May 16, 17, 18, 2017 and runs until April 10, 11, 12, 2018.  There will be four 3-day modules during the program:

Cohort 7

Module 1: May 16, 17, 18, 2017
Module 2: September 26, 27, 28, 2017
Module 3: January 23, 24, 25, 2018
Module 4: April 10, 11, 12, 2018

The delivery schedule enables the cost to be amortized over 2 fiscal years.

The cost of this program is $12,900.  This fee, which includes all instructional materials, leadership assessments, coaching, classroom activities, and travel and accommodation for our 2-day field trip, can be invoiced in two separate installments.
