We regularly customize day courses, Boot Camps and Transformation Seminars for organizations. 1. Leading Transformation
Increasingly, organizations looking to build the case for enterprise-wide change must do so amongst a portfolio of in-progress improvement efforts. Understanding where to start and who to engage early in the conversation can be a complex challenge. This two-day training session is geared towards senior leaders & practitioners involved in or considering embarking on a transformative journey at the enterprise level.
Participants will learn how their organizations can benefit through interactive workshops that result in custom strategic roadmaps addressing key issues facing them today:
- Conceiving and evolving the vision of the enterprise and assessing organizational readiness;
- Mobilizing the organization through empowerment, and creating a culture of continuous improvement;
- Using the power to influence to achieve sustainable transformation and service delivery excellence; and
- Delivering outcomes while realizing efficiencies.
Participants will learn the key steps involved in establishing and maintaining the transformation.
Format: Two-day transformation action learning event with keynote speakers, individual and group work.
2. Transformation Planning for Intact Teams
Assembling key stakeholders and senior executives to build consensus on transformational objectives can be challenging and extremely time-consuming. What can take organizations up to a year to conceive and plan, our intact team workshop approach can achieve with your organization before they leave the session.
Within a facilitated environment supported by relevant expertise, your team is guided in the development of transformative enterprise solutions - confirm the vision, conceive the strategy and build the roadmap to success while addressing governance issues as they arise without having to leave the room.
Format: A multi-phased approach where each workshop is separated by periods of time allowing the organization to build momentum, identify key resources and carry the message.
- Phase 1: A strategic roadmap for the organization
Senior management /transformation teams are assembled to take stock and determine where they are in their journey, confirm commitment and to build a strategy for success through an interactive 5 day learning experience. Includes Leading Transformation curriculum. Participants leave with a blue print for success that engages key enablers and stakeholders with a clear path to achieving well defined outcomes.
Group is adjourned for a pre-determined amount of time.
- Phase 2: From strategy to implementation planning
Teams return with additional tactical representation, and are guided in the development of implementation strategies and plans to mobilize the organization towards achieving specific measurable outcomes. Over the course of 5 days, planning efforts navigate and respond to the challenges encountered during the adjournment period ensuring the plan is tailored to the unique needs of the organization.
Group is adjourned.
- Phase 3: Peer review sessions with the IOG’s Modernizing Government Advisory Board are convened at 3- and 9-month intervals to review progress and suggest course corrections on the transformation.
