This workshop will give you the tools to leverage your leadership style and influence your workplace to improve your team’s and organization’s success.
You will learn to proactively position your team and organization to prevent operational incidents and to navigate crises as these occur.
And you will learn how your leadership can support you and your team in meeting your objectives.
Some of the topics we will cover include: managing challenging situations, dealing with conflict, bringing your team with you, building collaborative relationships, dealing with stress and communicating effectively.

Those who aspire to be, or are in, management and leadership roles in the public service.
The cost of this course is $890 (no HST) per person. The price includes expert facilitation, lunch and course materials. Registration is done through an online registration system where you can select to pay by credit card or request an invoice.
