What you can expect

This course features interactive discussions, real-life case studies, the Guide to Preparing TB Submissions and experienced practitioners (with insider knowledge) who share their tips, techniques, experiences and insights.  Bring your specific questions and get ready to roll up your sleeves.

Why this is important

To access Canada’s coffers, department heads and managers must satisfy the terms established by the appointed gatekeeper – the Treasury Board Secretariat. A successful Treasury Board submission has to present a thorough and convincing analysis in favour of the proposal – not always an easy task.

If you have problems determining what the Treasury Board Secretariat wants and how the submission process works, gain a better understanding of this sometimes confusing process at the one-day program, Demystifying the Treasury Board Submission Process.
