What Information do Boards Really Need?

This webinar will be offered through a collaboration between the Institute on Governance and Dalhousie University. Executive Directors frequently find themselves struggling with the question of what and how much information their Board needs. What is the difference between operational and strategic information, activities and accomplishments? Board members are also often torn between what they need to know and what they want to know. While there is no “one size fits all” solution, this session will offer some practical ideas for how the leadership of the organization can ensure a balance is struck on what is necessary to know.
